Sealing & Stain Removal
If your property includes stone, concrete, or pavers, then we highly suggest sealing these areas. Sealing will make them look great with the use of our recommended wet look sealer as well as offer a protective barrier from stains, spills, and normal wear and tear.
Our sealing process includes cleaning and prepping the surface as well as re-sanding the joints before applying the sealer when applicable. The sealer will then harden the sand in the joints which helps to prevent future weed growth. The wet look sealer will darken and enrich the color of the paver or stone surfaces and form a protective barrier to prevent stains and spills or organic growth from working deeper into the pores of the surface. These are the stains that will become harder and harder to remove or may become permanent if left untreated.
Our Sealer can be applied the same day as cleaning and the areas do not need to dry completely before application. This allows us to get the job done quicker and without sacrificing quality!

The pavers (left) show before cleaning, after re-sanding, and after sealing with two coats of ure-seal h20. These pavers in New Smyrna Beach, FL recieved a natural wet look finish.
We cleaned and sealed this wooden deck for Merks Bar & Grill in New Smyrna Beach, FL. First, we needed to remove all of the food grease built up on the wood and prepare the wood to recieve the sealer. Then we applied two coats of sealer to protect the wood for the future. High traffic areas like this will benefit greatly from being sealed.
Hard water stains can be difficult to remove safely. Be careful of what products are being used on your property. Many of the products that are commonly used for stain removal are unbuffered acids that can be dangerous to you, your property, and anyone or anything in the vicinity of where the product is being used. We use only products that are buffered for the safety of you, your property, and our company and its employees. They were specifically designed with safety in mind by a gentleman who ended up in the hospital after using the "other" products for this purpose.
Before applying a sealer, any organic growth and debris, and any staining needs to be removed from the surface. Anything not removed will become trapped in by the sealer. This picture is from a job where we removed the hard water stains before applying our standard 2 coats of sealer.
We clean this chick-fil-a location monthly and as you can see the high traffic areas become dirty quickly, especially situations like this with food grease as a factor. Pressure washing alone will not be able to remove all of the build up like the results shown here. We have a special combination of products to cut through the grease and oils on the surface and remove the staining below the surface. You WILL notice the difference.
